Hey all, new to the site. I recently bought a 2003 discovery, and the truck is operating perfectly. Only real issue I have is when I initially turn it over, there is a whirring noise on startup for about 30 seconds, and then it ceases. Nothing operational, but I am wondering if there is a new fan, belt, etc. that I need, or if this is typical on startup. I am by no means an adept DIYer, so forgive my ignorance. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Not the right place for technical questions. Post this in the discovery section... Welcome to the forums.....Also, I think this may be the secondary air pump if you have one....emissions thing.
