Same problem here in an '02 Range. ANY help would be very appreciated. Cartridge is jammed in the changer, and when you push the eject button it makes an ejecting sound, but nothing happens, and on the stereo head unit it says NO MAGAZINE if you select the CD mode. Dealer wants $100 for them to tell me what's wrong, and a new changer is about $800 and a new magazine is about another $100, so if someone could save me $100 that'd be awesome.

I had the same thing happen.....messed with it off and on for weeks trying to get it out.... finally one day after much frustration, I hit the eject button and began hitting the top of the changer radidly and fairly hard.....it released the cartrige......haven't had a problem since....wish I had a more technical answer....hope it works......

When I bought my disco I went to try the cd player for the first time. Same thing happened. I shined a flashlight up in there and took note that one of the cd trays was not retracted into the magazine. I had to remove, and disassemble my changer to get my test cd out. Upon doing this a small white disc fell out of the mechanism. I assumed that this was the cause of my problem in the first place. dk
