Wow, looks like the War on Low Crude Prices for Texas' remaining oil reserves is going well.  Hope his buddies think it's all worth it.

3.00 per gallon for premium in kentucky.  Oil is up around 90 dollars a barrel,  pretty crazy.  In this article published on 24OCT, it was determined last year we have reached peak world oil output...

"The German-based Energy Watch Group released a report Tuesday saying the world's oil production peaked in 2006 and from now on will drop by around 3 percent a year. It says that by as early as 2030, the global availability of oil will be half of what it was at its peak."

I don't know but history will tell.
The VP was here in Dallas to day and his motorcade looked like
it was going to use as much fuel in the day as I use in a year,
a lot of big black trucks and cars.

Cheapest I can get diesel this side of the pond is around £1.00 per litre, most expensive is £1.09 per litre... to put that into a US perspective that would be $7.98 USD per US gallon at todays exchange rate of $2.11:£1 for the cheapest I can find and $8.70 at the most expensive places.

Gas is a little cheaper than diesel, but only pennies per litre
