It would be worth somewhere between $12k and $18k, best bet. The biggest challenge, when it turns 25, is not getting it here, but getting it to pass emissions tests. Anything after 1974 has to get EPA certified. The more work that needs done to it (certainly with that many miles) will offset the value to the guy who thinks he will buy it as a project truck (because he ultimately doesn't want to pay for a 1993 NAS 110). He figures he'll throw down $15k or so for the truck, then put a 200tdi or 300tdi into it, then some random offroad stuff. Essentially, that project is about $30k minimum and most guys just peter out before it gets done and they never really count the full cost as their eyes get bigger than their proverbial stomachs, so they sell their dream to someone else who will inch it along until it gets completed.
