The only door I can unlock on 2002 Discovery II is the front driver manually with the key. None of the other doors will open. They won't unlock/open with remote or interior switch or If I use the door handle to open the door. Does anyone know how I can unlock the doors and what is going on with the lock/unlock?

Start with checking the proper fuses.

I checked the fuse. It is fine. I started having this problem several months ago. At first the key wouldn't unlock but I could still pull the handle on the inside to open the doors. Then one day I couldn't even open the doors from the inside. I have done some reading on here. Do you think it is the lock actuator? If so, do I have to replace the actuator on all four doors or just the front driver door? I have recently had my truck in to fix my window. Could they have broken something while in there? I appreciate your help!

It is not an actuator, because you also can't open the door from the internal dash switch.

Any other ideas of what it could be? I want to try and fix this problem myself if possible.

Mike, so, you can rule out the actuators, if you cannot open them with the central locking switch? Help me understand.

Need to check and see if there is power to any of the lock actuators when you hit the dash lock switch.

Ok, I will check to see if there is power to any of the lock actuators when I hit the dash lock switch. This will take some time because I will need help checking this out. I may not check back until early January because I don't think I will have anyone who can help me before then. I'll update then.... thanks for your help so far.

Ok, we took off the door panel and tested the power. We have power when we hit the lock on the internal dash switch but there is no power when we hit the unlock on the internal dash switch. What does this mean? Thank you for help!
