I've been looking for a short term lease to get my first taste of a Land Rover.  This opportunity sounds perfect.  Can you post contact information or send me an email at ctannerilc@aol.com

Thanks for the interest guys.  Sorry for getting back to you guys so late.  I am in Orange County (Mission Viejo) -

Actually Disco Mike you can transfer the lease - The lease is through Land Rover Capitol - I did call and confirmed you can transfer the lease at any time.  So legally you can transfer a lease-

Please feel free to e-mail me at kopiers@cox.net. The car is still available.

The car has only been drivin by my wife, It has 15,000 miles on it and not a scratch on it.  It has been serviced by Land Rover of Newport Beach at all service intervels, Four brand new Good Year tires last week I have all the records and the Sticker price was $49,500.  There are 7 remaining payments left.  If anybody is still interested feel free to e-mail me and I will reply with my phone number - Oh by the way The registration is also good through the end of the lease.  The car also has the third row seating.  Anyway email me for more info.

Thanks

Mike

Depending on the leasing company, a lease can legally transferred by another party. It usually  involves filling out an application for credit with the leasing company and completing a lease transfer form.

At $300 per month, you must have had a ton of equity or cash down on the lease. BTW, what's the residual?

If this is on the up and up (not implying it's not), this sounds like a good deal.

MarcwestBMW-

It is on the up and up, I already bought a new GL 450 and need to get out of this lease -  Land Rover Capitol has already sent out the lease transfer paperwork for me, They charge a $75 transfer fee.  I do not have the residual amount in front of me but I will definitly provided it as well as the original contract to whoever is interested in the lease - I will have Land Rover Capitol talk to the person taking over the lease and they can work together (Land Rover Capitol will even do the registration transfer as well) So the person taking over this lease can deal directly with Land Rover as well as myself (it is actually not that big of a deal to do) No down payment and low monthly payments.

Thanks

I stand corrected, used to be you couldn't transfer a lease.
