Just wondering if I have to to take my 99 Disco II into the shop to have the keyless entry remote reprogrammed, or if I can do it myself. Thanks.

Did you buy a new one, or what?
Yes, you will need to take up to two remotes to any shop that has a lap top type scanner that can program them.
