They've been great (truck and service).
I swapped out my wheels (19 for 18) and had to have it done there. I've encountered only two places that can lift the LR3 and the other refused to do a third party wheel.
Phillips got me in same day. They did an awesome job and the tech was great. They covered the back with Gator cloth/rags to keep the inside clean from the old wheels.

The service is far better than what I got at the Benz dealer (not Phillips) before.

Now if there was just some way to make the drive there and back more palatable.

I just bought a demo LR3 HSE from them (8000 miles), and my experience was okay. I can provide more details if anyone is interested.

That would be great thanks!! I would like to hear how it was working with them.
I have had my eye on some of the demos/vip loaners for some time now. The prices have kept falling and I am playing the waiting game.
