Hi All,
Well, I'm new and came upon your forum by surfing the net for answers to my dilemma. I know this car might be ready for pasture, but the thought of having a huge car payment, again, is sickening. Especially considering how many bucks have been sunk into the current one. Anyhow, for quite some time now, my car has not started up right away. It took turning the key twice. I just kind of ignored it. Now, this morning, when I try to start up, it almost seems to be dragging, but it does start up PLUS a gearbox fault message. Before I head to the dealer for a "beating", does anyone have any clue to what's wrong, so I can be somewhat informed? Also, the driver's door will not operate with the remote and does not "sill lock" anymore (pressing it down does not lock all the other doors)? Okay, and lastly, the front wipers are not working, can this be fixed with a fuse?

Thank you in advance for any and all your help...

This morning, I went out to start the car, and it started up "just fine"... Anyone have any input? Thanks.

mine did something like that a while back. one thing i did was i chaged the spark plugs and wires, wiggled all the wires on the coil, and switched to premium fuel (which you're suposed to be using anyway).
