i have a week off in March that i want to use to take my Disco 1 as deep into Canada as i can get from Burlington, VT.  anyone have any suggestions at all?

It depends on what exactly you want to do ( travel main roads or offroad trails) From where you are located you would likely be crossing at Kingston or possibly in Quebec i would think your best bet would be to head up to the East side of Alqonguin and then up to the North Bay Area.Keep in mind that most trails will be closed in March and it would not be advisable to travel the open trails at this time by yourself If you wanted to travel in Quebec you would have to go north from Montreal as if you stayed in the Gaspe region (East of Quebec city North Shore) it is difficult to find northern
routes that take you any distance. Although the scenery along the route is spectacular at times.
We do have some clubs visit us here in the spring ( MVLRS and New Jersey Club ) but they generally wait until the end of May .
