Hello everybody. After a year of trying, I have brought this to the Forums...
I have 5.03 Acres for sale in Stanly County, NC. Perked and surveyed for a 3 bed, 2 bath house, electric available, paved road frontage, very rural area, isolated and quiet!

Great for hunting, retirement, or building a family home. Property has 600 ft of creek frontage on the rear of the property and numerous rock outcroppings. All wooded and sloping.
Mountainous feel with great climate in the Piedmont.

30 minutes from Charlotte, 1hr from Asheboro Zoo, 45 minutes from Uwharrie National Forest which has great off roading, hunting and fishing!

Must sell this due to college! Asking $55,000 or obo

ill give you 50 dollars for it, but I can't go any higher.

It does look real nice though, I wish I could afford that. I would love to be a little closer to Uwarrie and Charlotte. Here in Raleigh the only "OHV parks' are illegal power line trails and what not.

Tell you what, if youre still selling it in 10 some years after I graduate college and get a well paying job, we'll have a talk..
