Hey WhiteLR, Did you ever get this problem solved? I have the same problem. I changed the lugs and wires. I think it might be the coil pack. If it was the coil pack, did you change it yourself? How much did it cost? Any info is appreciated. Dan

Correction: I change the plugs, not the lugs. I don''t think changing the lugs would help this issue.

Wires: STI (Spark Transfer Internation). I had to order them from BAP. They were the most expensive ones they had (2 choices). Plugs: NGK Mileage: about 75k The reason I changed the plugs and wires was because of the problem I''m having now so I doubt the new stuff is causing the problem, but it''s not fixing it either. One more thing. When I changed the #4 sparkplug (the cylinder that now misfires), the top of spark plug looked corroded like an old battery terminal. It was quite possibly not getting a good connection to the wire. I wonder if that can do damage to the coil pack. Dan

Nevermind. It was the coil. I just took it to the shop. I got it changed for $800. The disco runs fine... For now.

Dam they sure stung you, the new coil packs sold at Rover Connection are only $270. I would sure want to know why they over charged you if that had happened to me.
