Can anyone give me advice on professional rust prevention measures that I can use to better protect a new LR Discovery. Spray on paint barrier protection, or one of the electronic devices, or both. I'd appreciate the benefit of your experience on this?
Regards

WHERE DO YOU LIVE, ARE YOU IN THE SNOW COUNTRY WHERE THEY USE LOTS OF SALT.
IF NOT, JUST POWER SCRUB THE UNDER SIDE AFTER A HARD AND OR MUDDY DAY ON THE TRAIL AND YOU WONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
YES, THERE ARE A FEW TREATMENTS, BUT HERE AGAIN, THEY MAY OVER KILL DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE.

My apologies Mike. A bit of info on the local environment is something I should have included in the original post. We live on the coast in tropical Nth Queensland, Australia. No snow (therefore salt to melt snow) on our roads! We do have a humid environment at times (flooded last week which is why I have to get a new vehicle - the other one didn't float), but I don't plan on doing any serious beach work.
