I was towed today. My service light has been going on and off "again" for the past month. It's been tested and told time and time again it has a short in the service light. Today I couldn't get the car over 50mph, then lights started flashing on the dash...F4F4F4. Transmission! This car has been in and out of the dealer with window issues most of its life. Every road trip it has a service engine light issues. Getting it to be seen at the dealer is like having to make a doctors appointment with a untouchable specialist. You would think customer service would want to help you. Today the service guy saw me coming in (he knows me)and ran out the door for the day. I don't have a million dollars to just go get another car. I just finished paying it off. Can I even trade this car in? Is there anything being done for the people who purchased this vehicle. Is their a class action law suit? Where do I sign? Please guide me. Thanks, Fergie

Did you purchase this car from the dealer? If not, most likely there's nothing you can do about it, and even if you did get it from the dealer, chances are slim. There is a class action lawsuit but I don't think it's going anywhere.
