Greetings....somewhat new to the forums and did a search on this...

I bought a used 2004 RR HSE, and they replaced the steering wheel, and in doing so upon installation....they mashed the steering wheel logo so it is all bent.

I took this to the dealer, and they said I would have to replace the whole steering wheel airbag and this would cost $800?!?!?!?

Is there a way to simply peel off the emblem and place a new one without effecting the airbag???...If so, where can I get the steering wheel emblem?

Thanks!

If that emblem was any where other then right on the air bag you could do something but in this case, I think you ar in trouble.
Take it back to whoever installed it and have them make good on it.
