The MAF from Cerrone's is scheduled for delivery today and I'll replace it tonight when I get home.  Will the codes clear themselves or should I clear them on Friday when I have a chance to get to AutoZone?

You will have to clear the codes after installing the new MAF.
Good you ordered on when you did, Rover just bumped the price about $20 plus.

Well that's good timing for sure.  Cheapest I found online was $190 before shipping and taxes, but Cerrone's charged me $160 including tax and shipping.

It is a Bosch, the name is printed all over the box.  Getting stuff from Cerrone's is great in that it arrives the next day, but there is the pesky sales tax.  Oh well, still cheaper at the end of the day.
