New to this RR forum.  Own a '95 Classic LWB, 95k miles, but I've noticed that the rear seat latches don't work.  They are both stuck in the lock position, but the bolt for the seat is not locked in to the latch.  When I push the button to release, nothing happens.  Can I take the mechanism apart to fix???  Has anyone else dealt with this problem???

Also, one day the passenger wiper quit working.  It is loose and can be moved manually by hand, and seems to sit lower than the other wiper.  Maybe a torsion rod connecting the two came loose??  Any ideas would help

I just want to fix this to make sure my kid is safe in the rear seat, and I can see everything when the weather is bad.

Thanks in advance.
