My buddy was re-wiring my tail lights when both wires touched causing a vibrating sound inside the car, the wires were uncconnected and the noise stopped. After that point my hazards and turn signals stopped working, I know there is power to them because when I lock and unlock the car my turn signals light up. Also when I hit the hazards on it lights up on the dash. So when I go to use my turn signals or hazards nothing happens. I checked all of the fuses and none were blown and also tried replacing the flasher with no luck. I think I might have blown a relay but don't even know where to begin looking to find it. If you know where it is or have any idea what it might be please let me know asap. Oh ya I have a 2003 Land Rover Freelander.. Thanks!

There is a seperate flasher or relay for these lights on your Freelander, probable suspect!
