D1 Motor Swap to Chevy 327 0r 350 - 4/25/2008 4:09:34 PM    DuplinDisco Posts: 200 Joined: 1/23/2008 Status: offline I'm probably going to get slammed for this but I'm seriously considering swapping out the factory 3.9L with a Chevrolet motor (GM made a few Rover motors correct?)....only because I already have them and most of the parts.  I've got a 327, 350, and a 400...along with a variety of trannys.  I found this video on one with suppossedly a 350 but with no info: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Cammed-350-Chevy-Land-Rover-Discovery-Swap-D---Wi_154557.htm Does anyone know of any D1's that have tried this?  Looking to see what is all involved.  Thanks! < Message edited by DuplinDisco -- 4/25/2008 4:10:10 PM > _____________________________ Post #: 1

I saw a range rover classic with a 350 on ebay awhile back.
