The past two or three times i have had my truck out I have noticed while at slow speed (<10mph) and not accelerating I am noticing a rythmic thumping. Similar to a bad hub/wheel bearing. I have jacked up each wheel and checked for play in the bearing and did not find anything to obvious.
Is it possible it could still be a hub, or more likely something else? What could I look for?

How many miles on it, have you replaced the 2 bad u-joints on the front drive shaft?
