I seem to recall, on this forum the general consensus for using SeaFoam is to allow the engine to slowly suck in a whole can, and then run the engine until the exhaust clears. The SeaFoam can says to suck-up about 1/3 of a can, then shut the engine off for five minutes or so. Then restart and allow the exhaust to clear. Is one way better than the other?

SeaFoam used to say to use the whole can and have changed their wording because people were so concerned about the smoke. So, buy 2 cans, 1 for the tank, 1 for the induction, run it thru slowly, then shut off the engine for 30 minutes, may take that time to clean your t/body, then go drive it.
