Hello. On the day my tragedy occurred I went to a local shop to have my front and rear break pads changed on my 1999 RANGE ROVER 4.6. Work was done I started the car and left the shop. I decided to get a car wash and pulled the car up to the location. When the car finished getting washed I noticed that the employees where pushing my car out the wash. The car never started again. It cranks like it wants to turn on but doesn't. I noticed a message gear box fault message. I look that up on this site and was told to check the battery and earth ground and they where Ok. I towed it to a local shop and after hours of looking around they told me my fuse box was damaged and had to be replaced. They temporarily fixed it by jumping fuse #F37 (engine) and #F38 (ABS) which worked. I received the new fuse box today and replaced it. That didn't fix the problem I still had to jump 37 and 38 to start the car, can you guys please help me find this problem.

jumping as in power to the circuit or replacing the fuse with wire, as in it kept blowing?
