hello, I am 16 years old and Im buying a 96 LR discovery with about 90,000 miles on it. This is going to be my first car and i really like it but i want to beef it up and make it look more off-road style.I have looked all over for lifts and tires but am not sure what i am looking for or what i want.If you have any suggestions i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I have the OME (Old Man Emu) springs and shocks for about 1' 1/2" lift with 245/75/16 BFG A/T's.

If you go more  than 2" you may need to do driveshaft work ,steering drop arm.

Though mine not a show boat it works off road.

Just remember the larger the tire the less mpg's you get.
I don't know anything about  rovertym.

Drive it for a minumum of 6 months, better yet a year, before you start making a lot of modifications. You need to learn what you like and don't like about it before you start changing stuff.

I'm with landzu, old man emu 2 inch and 245/75-16. With price of gas these days, the smaller tires the better.
