Buzzing noise

I've got an 2006 LR3 with Sat/Nav and I've recently noticed an intermittent buzzing coming from the dash behind the nav screen. The buzzing "clicks" on every 12 seconds or so. Any ideas as to what's causing this sound?

turn the ac head off, and see if it still happens, controlls back there are really the only non-solidstate things back there. if its comming from more of by the steering wheel area, your asperator fan is there behind a vent, but you shouldnt be able to hear it, and it shouldnt be on in pulses
