Hello everyone, this is my first post her but I've checking out the forum ever since I started looking for disco's.  I recently got a 98 model and the center dash lights (ac/heater controls section) is not working and just today my cig lighter quit working and wouldn't charge my phone.  I've checked fuses and that does not seem to be the problem.  Anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked the fuse in your cell phone adapter?
If you put the lighter back in, will it light up?

I plugged in the lighter and it did not work either?  Not sure what's going on and I don't know anything about LR dashes.  I've heard these things have ground problems, but I have a clue where to look.

No, they don't have ground issues.
Are you sure you have inspected the correct fuse?
Check again if it still doesn't work then varify you have power to the lighter.
As for the dash lights, have you checked those fuses, how about the reistat, do you have power to and from it?

Thanks disco Mike!  I'll check fuses again and the dimmer.  the lights on the guage cluster work, just the heater/ac part does not.  Is there 2 separate pluggins for the dimmer?

You may have a bulb out on the ac controls it takes one bulb.
To get to it pull the knobs(3) off and the fan control knob then remove the screws and that part of the dash will come out.

I had a hard time removing the bulb it pulls straight out but its hard to grab.
