Hi I am not a disco owner yet but I am trying!  I currently drive a 2001 audi a4 1.8t and a ford F150 5.4l im trying to sell my audi so i can buy a disco so i can enjoy some weekend off road fun!  I work for bmw i have been a bmwtech now for 3years and so i hear that some of the disco''s have bmw motors in them which is cool.

The Range Rovers have a 4.4 BMW motor in them the 4.2 SC is a Jag.
