This is a huge recall, every dealership is sent special tools to perform it, so Land Rover is gradually introducing this recall so that they can keep up with demand. RE: Front Diff Recall? - 6/19/2008 6:18:24 AM    alsuch   Posts: 45 Joined: 3/14/2008 Status: offline I was told by my dealership yesterday that it is definitely in the works.  The releases will be staggered, but should see some kind of activity in the next couple of months.  They will also be reimbursing for people who''ve already had the service performed by an authorized dealer.  Still not exactly sure what the scope of the repair is to include. RE: Front Diff Recall? - 6/22/2008 11:28:07 AM    roverguy7   Posts: 516 Joined: 4/7/2008 Status: offline everything... lm is the new body style, bmw engine, 5, or 6, speed trans, and a whole lot more, only thing that i can think are the same between the 2 are the nav computer, and that was only for 2 years or lm. lp is from 95.5my to 2002, and lm is 2003 on (nas spec cars) (in reply to P Carr) Post #: 9
