Four days ago I noticed that my a/c blower would suddenly stop while making hard left hand turns. It  would only turn off for about 1-2 seconds. Today, It wouldn''t turn on at all.  I don''t have my rave cd handy, but I checked all of the fuses, and they''re all fine, so I pulled the cover off of the blower, I can hear the relays click. Poked around with a test light for a few and noticed that the white/red and black/orange, heavy gauge wires that look like they plug into the motor don''t get power at all. I''m gonna try to get to my rave cd tommorrow(it''s at my parents house).
In the meantime, any suggestions, advice, or experience with this problem? It would help a lot

The fan speed selector switch is a known weak point, but you should get some blower action by jiggling the switch in most cases.

I had to have my entire blower replaced... fortunately, it was the week before my warranty expired. Hopefully this won''t be your situation but just wanted you to know that the blower units do go out. I think a dealership repair was around $1200 so shop around if you need a new one

Good Luck

Alright, I finally got to my rave cd.  I put 12v power manually to the blower motor, it''s good.  When the a/c is powered on there''s no power to the blower motor.  I checked the resistor pack with a standard test light, in all positions, there''s no power to any of the wires on the resistor pack.

This leads me to believe that either the switch is bad,  or Blower relay # R176 is bad. The relay only has power to the small green wire (using the test light) in all positions.

If the blower motor switch is the problem, can I replace just the switch, or is that built into the climate control unit?

And yes, I''ve checked all of the fuses and different settings.

Any suggestions are appreciated. ..  Thanks again for all the help..
