Will a brush guard off of a 1999 disco II fit on a 2000 disco II?

Yes anything from a 99-02 Disco II will fit on a disco from that year range.

General rule of thumb with Disco''s, anything that fits a DI will fit any year DI, anything that fits a DII will fit any year DII.
Some parts are interchangeable from DI''s to DII''s, but not all and make sure that you find out first.

yup thats mostly right but for brush guards there are different mounting points for 03-04 DII''s, but I think other than that most everything will fit DII from 99-04.
