109 U.S. Customs classification: Truck?

I have a newbie question: For importing a 109" Series truck into the U.S. Does the 109 classify as a "truck" or "car", 25% vs 2.5% duty tax, respectively? Thanks in advance

im sure they will classify it as a truck. because it is one.

I have a 2002 110 Defender and it is registered as a truck in England , Disco's and Range Rovers have the same classification as cars .
