I spoke to a dealer today and they said it won''t be available until November.  I wonder if new ownership is taking the time to make sure the vehicle is more reliable than in the past.

Not many changes from what I have read.

Not many changes. Land Rover as a whole doesn''t make a whole lot of changes from one model to the next. The big push now is to see what the **** will actually be packaged as when it hits the market and getting the MPG rattings up on the line up as a whole. A new Diesel/Hybrid power plant is on the drawing board. Can''t wait to see what it gets and how it is coupled to the Terrain Response System.

I''m going off memory and don''t have the magazine in front of me, so I may have some of the details wrong.  The latest Car and Driver did a run down of the 2009 models and noted no significant changes in the 09 LR3.  Some minor trim changes inside and new wheels, which IMO, look like cheap Jeep knock offs.  The overall looks remains the same.

I think it said the V6 is going away, as is the SE trim line.  I''m not sure, but there will only be either an HSE model or two versions of the HSE trim line.  If you can grab a copy, you may want to double check me.

Did a quick search and found this. I like the paint matched body trim.

I saw that page.  I am not sure how I feel about the wheel frames or whatever they are called being the same color as the vehicle. I might have to see it in person before I make a decision.

Interesting, no 18" wheel choice, all 19".
Stock up on some sets of 18"s and sell at a premium in a coupe of years.
