Hi folks. Another problem Im looking for some troubleshooting assistance for.

The PDC stopped working a few months ago. Chimes at startup when put in reverse - but other than that - doesn''t work.

Had the dealer diagnose two weeks ago during other work - here was their response:
" C/S PDC is oniop. Test PDC, ultrasonic sensor voltage fault, rear left and right internal faults. Requires PDC ECU replacement. Customer declined at this time."

I purchased a used replacement ECU from Roverlands Inc. Straightforward replacement but the PDC still doesn''t work.

Is it possible that the fault needs to be cleared by the dealer? If not, what else would you suggest (that I could do)?
