The front driveshaft is an easy bolt on swap. The rear (from what I can tell) requires me to replace the pinion flange. There is a tech page on Discoweb about this but it doesn''t list what torque the pinion bolt needs to be wrenched to. I don''t plan on having more than 1 to 2 inches of lift, so the rear roto-nonsense may last. I would prefer to swap it out and forget about it.

Cheers,

Pete

You''ll need more than just the drive shaft.  There''s a spacer and flange you''ll need also.  AB has the kit but it''s pricey.  Your best bet would be to call a parts guy and get what you need that way.

That''''s what I''''m looking for. Thanks! Now all I need to do is adjust my budget. The website shows it listed for Disco I models. Does it fit my 2000 Disco II? If not I''ll probably just stick with a new Rotoflex since I only have a 1 inch lift and very little power going through to axles (182hp at sea level, who knows at 7000 feet or above).

Cheers,

Pete
