wanting to buy a used LR2 but hung up on if i should get the teck. pkg for the stereo.
i am wondering about your honest opinions on how the stock 9 spkr stereo truely sounds.
any input would be awesome. thanks

Hi there, unfortunately i can''t comment on the stock radio as I have the upgraded stereo. I will say that the 440 watt 7.1 surround system rocks. It sounds better than my home theater system!

the stock isnt bad by any means, however, i would definitly go with the tech package, you get more. and yeah, the surround sound is great

I have an 08 LR2HSE and the stereo flat out rocks. Kudos to LR/Alpine. Its not as powerful as the Harmon/Kardon system in my LR3 but very very close. Built in SIRIUS Sat Radio and Bluetooth work awesome too.
