HELP! Removing OEM Radio

kclandrover -> HELP! Removing OEM Radio (11/23/2005 12:07:47 PM)

Its a newbie question I know!

I have a 04 Discovery. I just need to know where/how to remove the dash trim to get to the radio. I have installed tons of radios in various vehicles, but never a land rover....I don't want to screw up something.

Basically, I just want to add my Sirus satellite modulator to my stock radio. It sounds nasty with it wireless, I guess the FM antenna is in the back side windows and the reception sucks, so I just want to add a direct FM modulator connection directly to the back of the radio where the antenna plugs in.

Any help will be greatly apprecicated!

I haven't ever done it, but I found this one with a quick Google search:

Yeah. I was a little shocked as to how easy it was. Now, it may be more difficult to install a new one, though . . .
