Can anyone tell me who manufactured the 4.0 motor for the ''98 Range Rover?

Rover was owned by BMW from 94-00...but the 4.0 V8 is essentially a Buick push-rod engine. Link.  Not sure if the BMW ownership meant the buick design was redone and produced by BMW or what...but that should give you an idea.

Thanks for the info.  Appreciate it.

Know anything about heated seats?  mine don''t work....fuse is good.  I heard that at times the vehicles were delivered with the seats not activated?...or something like that....

suggestions?
