Hello all. I am seriously considering purchasing a used LR Discovery, 94-98 era for work and play. I''m doing my homework first this time. So, what should I look out for when inspecting, test driving, etc? Where can I look for a detailed list of options available for any given model year? If I do commit, will I be pulling my hair out one at a time, in clumps, or not at all? Jim

Make sure you find the history of the Truck, if you can get the phone number of the former owner, call him, ask him 3 questions, What kind of driving did you use it for? highway is good, mix inst bad. how often did you change the oil? over 7.5k, don''''t buy 4k is to much for these trucks. did you always put in 91 octane + gasoline? - if the is no, be cautious.
