I was wondering if there is any way to keep my 2005 Range Rover in the access height all the time.. It looks so much better with the wheels and tires i have just added.. Please Help !!!

Go to a suspension shop and ask to have it lowered. Or rip out the stock air shocks and put in bags.

Access height is not meant for driving...

not really, it can be calibrated to be lower, but the ride will be crappy and those new tires will be done for by 5000 miles, lower it when you park, drive it how it should be... use the switch on the window switches, its better for the car if youre going to be lowering it often

its a truck, not a car. if you have your mind set on being "gangsta", just lower in while in park.
