underbody "waxol" treatment - 9/12/2008 7:32:44 AM    apcollin   Posts: 202 Joined: 10/1/2006 Status: online i saw an ad for an underbody spray called "Waxol" or something... the 4x4 Center in Burlington (where my Disco is serviced) performs the service apparently they powerwash the underbody, and then spray it down with this "Waxol" substance which apparently coats it and protects it from rust and little nicks has anyone had this done/done it themselves?  i was wondering if it was effective and how much it cost _____________________________ 1996 Discovery SE7; Alpine White/Bahama Beige Manual Transmission, Brownchurch "91" Roof Rack, Garmin SATNAV, Monster iPod integration, Hella 500FF fog lamps, Rear access ladder, brush guard, lamp guards. If I were back there I would have the treatnebt done, by the way, what are they charging to do this? _____________________________ Mike Retired service manager.
