Hi guys

I''m no Landrover owner even though i love them!!

Lately i have the possibility to get a Freelander which would be a dream come true!!  Here in my country cost much more then in other countries so i the only one i can afford is a Freelander 1998 with a Rover engine.

I read a lot of reviews on internet and most of them say that Freelanders are crap!! Is that true?  Are there any things i have to check before buying it? Do i have to forget it?

I dont really want it for off road even though i know that once i get it i will try it on some rough terrain!!

Thanks

Bjorn

the diesel four cylinder with a manual gear box would be the best freelander to buy.
don''t get the freelander with the six cylinder gas engine (kv6) or with a jatco automatic trans.
that whats over here in the states.
