Navigation Monitor Blank...please help! - 10/8/2008 8:02:56 PM    allstarmac08   Posts: 3 Joined: 10/8/2008 Status: offline Hey guys, i have a 1997 range rover 4.6 hse...i have a navigation system in there but i have no image on the screen...it use to talk to me and stuff..but no picture on the monitor...you think the monitor is the fault? and now the navigation cd unit in the back wont accept the cd...it will just spit it right back out...please help thanks alot!!!!! Also, all of the components of that system are very expensive. In all honesty, you would be better off having an aftermarket navigation system installed. Some of the other people might have more knowledge on this issue than I do, so if you are dead set on the stock system, then you might wait for more to respond. (in reply to allstarmac08) Post #: 2

RE: Navigation Monitor Blank...please help! - 10/9/2008 1:12:06 PM    allstarmac08   Posts: 3 Joined: 10/8/2008 Status: offline yeah i dont know whats wrong...its not that im dead set on having the stock system its just annoying that idk what the problem is...and if its a minor problem then MAYBE i can fix it...but thanks alot for the help! ive been lookin on ebay at just the nav. monitors for sale and the run for about 600 dollars..and thats way to much...maybe a loose wire or something?! and another question can a bmw smaller nav screen work with my range rover nav screen? You could check your wiring connections, but you probably won''t find anything. I would, however, check your disc unit to see if any water has gotten to it, or in the connector, you might find something. (in reply to allstarmac08) Post #: 4
